Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2012 dry red wine

The flagman of Castel Mimi winery, produced in limited edition. It starts explosively with velvety flavours of grapes, cherries and sour cherries. Towards the end, the wine Reserve sparkles with an intense taste of oak and pepper. Sweet tannins carefully shaped by our oenologist appear in a unique texture along with a fruitful acidity.

  • Maturation: Minimum of 36 months in French oak barrels.
